Hello! It's exciting to hear about your upcoming trip to Tamarindo, Playa Grande, and Nosara. Here are some travel tips to ensure you have a fantastic journey.

Best Time to Visit:
The best time to visit these destinations in Costa Rica is during the dry season from December to April. During this time, you can thoroughly enjoy the beaches without any rainfall issues. However, if you're a surfer, you might prefer the wet season when the waves are more robust.

Route and Accessibility:
All three destinations are accessible from Liberia International Airport. To get to Tamarindo, you can take a taxi or rent a car. From Tamarindo, Playa Grande is a short drive away. To get to Nosara, you can take a local bus or drive; it's approximately 65 kilometers south of Tamarindo.

Accommodation and Booking:
You'll find a range of accommodations at all three locations including luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and vacation rentals. It's advisable to book your accommodations in advance during the peak season to secure your preferred choice.

Clothing and Essentials:
Pack lightweight clothing, swimsuits, beach towels, sunblock, bug spray, and hats for beach activities. Also, carry a pair of comfortable shoes for any hiking or exploration trips. If you plan to surf, consider packing your own gear or you can rent it locally.

Health and Safety:
No specific vaccinations are required for Costa Rica. However, basic precautions like drinking bottled water and using mosquito repellents can aid in maintaining health. Since the sun can be intense, always protect your skin with sunscreen. Also, emergency medical facilities are available in all these locations.

Local Etiquette and Respect:
Costa Ricans, known as 'Ticos', are green-minded and very friendly. Be respectful to local customs and people. If you visit natural reserves, follow the guidelines to not disturb the wildlife. When in urban areas, it’s appreciated if you tip service workers.
