Hello! Exciting trip ahead. I'm happy to provide you some travel tips for your journey to Cairo and Hurghada.

Best Time to Visit:
The best time to visit Cairo and Hurghada is during the months from November to April. The days are warm and nights are cool. This is also the best time to enjoy water activities in the Red Sea in Hurghada.

Route and Accessibility:
Cairo has an international airport served by several airlines worldwide. It's easy to get to Hurghada from Cairo either by direct flight which takes about 1 hour, or by bus which takes around 6 hours.

Accommodation and Booking:
Cairo has everything from budget hostels to 5-star hotels. Hurghada's coastline is filled with luxury beach resorts. Booking can be done online via various travel or hotel booking sites. It's recommended to book in advance during peak season.

Clothing and Essentials:
Pack lightweight, breathable clothing, but also remember to respect the local conservative culture. Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are must-haves. It's also recommended to carry a water bottle, comfortable shoes and a basic medical kit.

Health and Safety:
Do ensure to drink only bottled water. It's recommended to get travel insurance before your journey. Road safety can be an issue so be careful if you plan to drive or cross roads.

Local Etiquette and Respect:
Egyptians appreciate it if you know a few words in Arabic. Dress modestly, especially when visiting religious sites. Tipping is a common practice. Always ask for permission before taking a photograph of locals.
