Hello! It's great to hear that you're planning to visit Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha. Here are some useful tips to help with your travel planning.

Best Time to Visit:
The best time to visit Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha in Bhutan is during Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November). These seasons offer the best weather and clear skies, which make it ideal for trekking and sightseeing.

Route and Accessibility:
There are no direct flights to Bhutan from most countries. You generally have to fly to Bagdogra in India or Bangkok in Thailand and then take a Druk Air flight to Paro, which is the only international airport in Bhutan. From Paro, you can travel to Thimphu and Punakha by road.

Accommodation and Booking:
Bhutan has a mandatory 'Minimum Daily Package' policy which covers accommodation, meals, guide and transport within Bhutan but it's advisable to book your accommodation in advance. A range of hotels is available from luxury to budget options.

Clothing and Essentials:
For your trip, pack layers for the chilly weather, especially if you're traveling during the colder months. Waterproof clothes, sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses are essential. Also, bring a universal power adapter for charging your electronic devices.

Health and Safety:
Carry necessary medicines and prescriptions. There is a risk of altitude sickness, so stay well hydrated. Health facilities are generally good, but it may be advisable to get a comprehensive health insurance that covers emergency evacuation.

Local Etiquette and Respect:
Bhutanese people are very respectful towards their culture and religion. Dress modestly, especially when visiting temples or dzongs. Also, do not take pictures inside temples unless you're given permission.
